Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with political campaign objectives.
• Plan and manage political campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare and manage content calendars based on campaign goals and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, political clients, and ground teams for timely campaign execution.
• Review political posts, reels, videos, stories, captions, and other content before publishing.
• Monitor political trends, current affairs, public sentiment, and emerging communication opportunities.
• Understand campaign objectives, key messages, and the desired public image through regular client coordination.
• Manage online reputation and handle sensitive political communication professionally.
• Track campaign performance, analyse audience engagement, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Coordinate with field teams to collect campaign photos, videos, event updates, and real-time content.
• Ensure all campaign activities and content deliverables are completed within the given timelines.

We’re Looking For

• Experience in Political Social Media, Political Campaign Management, Political Consulting, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, political branding, and campaign communication.
• Good knowledge of Maharashtra and Indian politics.
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Strong client coordination, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines during political campaigns.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience managing social media for political leaders, election campaigns, political parties, or public representatives will be preferred.
